Exceptional customer service from all of the staff. Room was exceedingly well prepared each day with a proper refresh every evening. Room service was quick and attentive. Having been in Singapore last year, where customer service is exceptional, I have to say that this hotel is on the same level of service as any other. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning, we managed to have this in the garden most mornings, I really can't fault anything about it. Really lovely selection of food and friendly and efficient service. We came back later each day to have coffee and drinks in the hotel garden which in late March was lovely as we wouldn't be able to do this yet at home. Thanks to all the staff.

Hotel Regency is an elegant well-maintained property in a safe, quiet neighborhood just outside the historic city center where the key sites are located (e.g., 0.5 mi to Accademia or Santa Croce, 1 mi to Uffizzi, 1.3 mi to Pitti Palace). I requested a room that had a view of the beautiful tree-filled park across the street. From the large window of my second floor room, I was treated to seeing families with children, kids playing soccer and basketball, and people walking their dogs. Wonderful! My king bed was very comfortable, and turn down service was consistently lovely when I returned from an evening out. The bathroom was spacious, spotless and bright during the day thanks to a window. The breakfast included in my rate offered hot and cold options for any preference, and was hearty enough to see me through to dinner with only a snack mid-day. The staff are friendly and professional. This is a serene spot for a stay in Firenze, and great to return to after a day in the rich but crowded city center.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Bed was the most comfortable of anywhere I stayed on my trip to Italy. The suite we had was wonderful and had its own private patio which was one of the reasons for booking. Food was wonderful with a great breakfast that was included. We even at lunch at the hotel one of the days and equally delicious. We did not have dinner, so I cannot comment on that. Staff was attentive and very nice. Met all our needs.

After finally finding our way to our hotel after a taxi strike from the airport, we were welcomed with open arms to Hotel Regency. The staff at the front desk were always so helpful. They did everything they could to make sure our journey back to the airport was as smooth as possible by helping us find a private taxi during the strike. On booking Hotel Regency, they were accommodating to the fact we needed a room with 3 beds, the room was spacious with extremely comfy beds and enough room for 3 adults. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location for exploring the city.

The hotel staff are exceptional. We received a very friendly and competent greeting at the reception upon arrival. Everything was ready for us and the room was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel and were very happy with the professional/friendly service from the waiter. The breakfast buffet provides an extensive selection, but special requests can also be made.
